Management is BS They open 12 on Sunday but Google and their window time he doesn’t change. They show it’s 9AM Super annoying !!

I would never go back to this Subway. When I went in to order 3 kids playing around behind the counter, the under age. They were making subs for themselves for free. I ordered my sandwich and the kid had ear pods In his ears and had me repeat everything. Called this morning and told the manager and she didn't do anything about it. Told me they were the owners sons. Tells me everything they were non-American.

This location does not take coupons. Food was made exactly as requested and turned out great. Service was wonderful. Plenty of options available. Seating looked pretty good but we left to eat at the park. We had to hold the doors for each other. No handicap button here.

I wanted to use 4 $5 bonus I got from buying $100 worth gift cards from subway site. When I went to the one in Walmart location, they said it was a “coupon” and can only be used one per person. That person was also very disrespectful and rude. So I left and went to this store, and a beautiful employee named Jessica was very helpful and was able to use all 4 of those bonus gift cards. Thank you so much! This store will be the only store I will be using from now on.

We ordered 2 footlong subs online for pickup. One was the BMT and 1 was the Great Garlic with extra garlic sauce. Not only was there no extra garlic sauce, there was no garlic sauce at all. No garlic flavor at all. There was literally a teaspoon of mayo on one end of the sub. The chicken was very dry. The lettuce was very soggy. I'm including a pic of the sad sub. The BMT was a sad, soggy mess that was less than adequate. Your promo is pro athletes proferring your subs? My guess is if an athlete came to the Walled Lake location to order a sub, they'd throw the sub back and go to Penn Station. What a disappointment. Especially when there were zero customers in the store. Maybe you'd have customers if you made your subs worthy of the $12+ you charge us. I'll stick to making my own.
