Tidewater Oyster Bar

Dropped by for lunch. Tiny place, but seems to have enough seating. They do have outdoor seating as well. As for the food 10/10, it was AWESOME! Wait staff was great, atmosphere was good. If you like seafood it was all fresh and tasted delicious. We will be back, nothing bad to say. If you like Oysters they have tons of them! They also have tons of other seafood choices. P.S there fries 🍟 are delicious!!

This restaurant has amazing service and great food! I believe our servers name was Jade. She was great at explaining the different roasted oysters they had. The oysters were a good size and tasted great! We also tried the raw platter and it tasted very fresh. Their PO Boys sandwich comes in right off the fryer. The bread is warm as well. We definitely tasted all the flavor and heat from the sandwich. We couldn’t decide on either the catfish or the oyster sandwich so the waitress was kind enough to do half catfish and half oysters for us. The place isnt so big but we came when there wasn’t much people. I would love to come back for their Tuesday oyster deal. Definitely will be coming back.

We had an excellent experience here! All of the food was delicious and the oysters we got were super fresh. For desert we got the key-lime pie and I would say it was the best I have ever had! Our server Annette did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be coming back. The staff made sure we had a perfect dining experience!

We had the best server, Julia! The food was wonderful. I asked if they could mix my po' boy sandwich with both oysters & shrimp, no problem! The roumalad sauce was delicious. The sandwich was huge! My dining companion got the Gumbo, also a home run. Julia came back several times to check in us, so pleasant & helpful. We're planning to come back this week!

Make a reservation. Enjoy fresh shellfish. Holy cow! If you're not driving and 21+ enjoy one of their cocktails or wine. Don't look at the prices. Look at the quality/quantity. You won't be disappointed.
