C.W. Worth House Bed and Breakfast

This was our first time visiting Wilmington and this bed and breakfast was the perfect place! Jen and Jay were the perfect innkeepers. Our room was beautiful with a comfortable bed. The bathroom shower was lovely too. Not to forget, the breakfasts were delicious and happy hour was great too. Easy walk to restaurants and river walk. House was beautiful and plenty of room with chairs on the porches. Best decision to stay there and we will definitely return!

Simply lovely! The inn was spotless and clearly very well maintained. Historic and charming but also very comfortable. We stayed in the Rose room. Fully carpeted and very cozy with a very comfortable king bed and a dressing room off the bathroom. Jeff was a super host and kindly gave us an early breakfast as we had a long drive. Wine was out for everyone the evening we arrived with jazz music playing in the parlor. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it if you are in the area. Historic Wilmington is small but charming with an easy walk from here to a bunch of excellent restaurants ( if it wasn’t 34 degrees!). Wonderful stay, thank you!

We stayed at C.W. Worth House for three nights and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Jeff was so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t have the opportunity to meet Jennifer, but her breakfasts were scrumptious and beautifully presented. The house has all the modern necessities but tastefully decorated where you can still feel its charms. Thank you, Jeff and Jennifer for making our first visit to Wilmington a relaxing and memorable one.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful B&B in the heart of downtown Wilmington. It is a beautiful old home with lots of charm and history. Jennifer and Jeff are such friendly and warm owners and cook a delicious breakfast every morning. Conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown and restaurants. A great place to stay in Wilmington!

We spent five nights at the Worth House in Wilmington. Owners Jen and Jeff will tend to your every need. Jen’s breakfasts look pretty; they taste fabulous. A favorite was her delicious cinnamon cake. Jeff gets the coffee ready by 7:30. He also serves and removes dishes following the three-course breakfast. The rooms are the cleanest we have ever stayed in, the Rose room,there is not a spec of mold in the shower. Squeaky clean! Soft sheets and comfortable pillows. plenty of towels too. Complimentary wine in the afternoon.Good info on Wilmington’s best restaurants from Jeff. Walking distance to the waterfront and some of the best dining. We will stay again when in Wilmington.
