My favorite protein shakes in town! Staff is always great and helpful, store is always clean and pleasant. Thin Mint Brownie was great! They’re all great and there’s so many flavors to choose from.

Great atmosphere! Awesome staff. If you ever need a place to go to just (be), do work, chit chat or hang out- these guys always have welcoming feels. The shakes are so made with care and fun so they turn out great! Ive been other places and I left feeling like I paid 8.50 for a cup of shredded up ice!!!

Holly might be the sweetest business owner I've met. Every time I come in here she knows exactly what I like and always strikes up conversation about whatever we were talking about last time I was in here😂. The teas and shakes are always SO good. I used to go to a place just like this when I lived in Louisiana but honestly the environment and the drinks are so much better at Breakthrough. I'm normally not the kind of person to spend $8 on a tea but for the size and quality of it along with the quality of people... 100% worth it every single time. If I were you I'd get the Peach Tropical with Coconut - the BEST mega tea!

First visit to Breakthrough Nutrition, although it's a slightly longer drive, to try out the consistency of flavors and services as I have experienced at Midtown Nutrition since the co-owners, Nick and Blair, operate both establishments for their healthy meal alternatives. "FOOD": I ordered my favorite...the Banana Pudding Herbalife Shake and the Coral Reef Tea Bomb, which I have ordefed before at their second location. Tasted just as delicious and wonderful as before. The banana pudding is, by far, my favorite shake and the Coral Reef tastes like a sweet and mildly tart, tropical explosion in your mouth. The flavors, presentation and delivery was equal to Midtown Nutrition's and continues to dazzle me each and every time. SCORE: 5 STARS!! SERVICE: I loved the passion and energy
