El Rancho Mexican Taqueria

If you love great Mexican food, this is a great new restaurant in Monkey Junction. We just happened to look over and see it on our way to El C and glad we turned around. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The wife got the Burrito Rancho with steak and chorizo. It is MASSIVE and with a surprising twist it came with really good crinkle fries. I went totally basic with steak fajitas and again the portion was big… I got 5 overflowing tacos out of it. The steak was well seasoned, oh, and the corn tortillas were made fresh and perfect (they have flour tortillas too if you prefer). It came with rice and beans, as well as pico, sour cream, and really good guac. Went here while my girlfriend and I were visiting Wilmington and the food is AMAZING and the service was great! We had an awesome meal and highly recommend! So happy we found this place!

Had tacos al pastor and chicharon, delicious flavor in each bite. Salsa bar had everything you would want available. Strawberry margarita with fresh strawberries and salt was the perfect pair. Chocolate flan cake for desert, so light and airy. Service was perfect, very friendly and helpful! Will definitely be back!

Tried the new Mexican restaurant beside Heritage Guns in monkey junction. Amazing authentic Mexican food. I got the chicken burrito and my wife got the shrimp fajita. My 6 years old got a cheese quesadilla. Everything was excellent. So happy to have an authentic Mexican restaurant nearby and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend.

Traveling and found this small restaurant. The food (tacos and Huarache) was fresh, delicious, and well priced. Staff was great. If in Wilmington, ill go again and again and recommend you do also.
