Three Pines Bistro & Bar - Colfax

Location - easy 1.5 Mike's off I-80 off Bell Road near the airport and highway 49 . Plenty of strip mall parking. Food - good burgers, excellent crispy crunchy fries, good sandwiches. Did not try the pizza. Many craft beers. Ambiance- modern bistro bar with larger sports TV's at the bar. Service was good, need to clear plates sooner though and not let us sit there with dirty plates piled high. Highly recommended.

Great place, food was really good and the service fantastic. Asked for adjustments to make my meal vegan and I was wonderfully surprised at how good it was - their protein bowl beans were killer good!

Went for dinner last night and it was so great we came back for breakfast today! For dinner we ordered the southwest egg rolls for an appetizer and for meals we had the short ribs, prime rib, and New York steak and they were all cooked perfectly and delicious and the cocktail did not disappoint either! Breakfast was just as tasty huevos rancheros, crab cakes Benny, and the French toast. If you have not tried this place yet, you're missing out! The staff was all friendly and amazing and the service from Amber, Candice, and Olivia was exceptional!

I decided to stay local for my B-day dinner and came here with family. We all enjoyed our dinners (my nephew fawned over his corned beef sandwich) but mine was especially wonderful. I might have had some good timing, but… I ordered a prime rib and asked if I could get a lean cut. I got the most beautiful lean end-cut that had the just right med-rare temperature, and a generous size portion. If I had I closed my eyes and imagined the most perfect prime rib, this was even better! I felt like the waitress really cared about my order and the cook did too. It felt really special. I like the new decor and I think Colfax is lucky to have a restaurant where you can get a good meal for a good value.

This place is a gem. Absolutely stop in and enjoy a meal. GREAT food! Steak and eggs were perfectly cooked and presented. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service was on point, and the food is out of this world. A must stop when traveling through Colfax. Many thanks for my wonderful experience.
