Colfax kabob & burger

I was very excited to try this place when they moved to town, very nice familly and ambiance — very friendly and good people. Very accommodating and super friendly. We asked for some spicy sause and they didn’t have any but found some pickled jalapeño which hit the spot might I say. Really good food, fresh and homemade. They just had some baclava they finished preparing and let us try some! This could easily become a staple local spot. Notes from a Gluten-Free: I walked in and let the cashier know that I was gluten free, and they walked through the menu with me and pointed out all the items that were gluten free — there was a LOT of options which is good. Sometimes gyro has wheat it in too (from my experience if it’s frozen or prepped and ordered from store since it’s a filter) — however

I love the complementary bowl of chicken saffron soup you get while waiting for your order. The burgers are old school tasty and fries fresh and hot. The beef gyro was so filling i could barely finish it. I have been there twice and I will be back again.

Excellent food and service! We have been several times and each visit has been top notch! The burgers are cooked to perfection and the Lamb Kabobs are heaven!!

I got a lamb gyro that was perfect! The lamb was tender and full of flavor, the pita was soft and almost gooey. I don't know what seasoning they put on their fries, but its heavenly. I am so glad to have this restaurant in town!! Looking forward to trying all the different flavors they offer from various Middle Eastern regions!
