Starbucks Coffee Company

Such a poorly managed Starbucks. We ordered mobile order to be efficient and upon arrival the door was locked and a sign said mobile order pickups need to go through drive thru. We went to the drive thru line where there were two cars ahead of us, one with a large order. The next car only got one drink but proceeded to chat up the window cashier for 5 minutes after receiving her drink. Please look into streamlining this experience. Additionally, a few months ago we went to this same location and despite it being open on google maps and regular business hours, it was closed with just a sign on the door. We’ve learned our lesson twice now and will not be back. Very disappointing.

The management here is doing something right or they just happened to have the happiest people w/the company on their shift today. On the road w/the family wanting coffee and a quick bite to go. Planned ahead w/ the mobile app and happy the eta was spot on. Walked up to the counter and even tho it was quite busy- a very friendly cashier greeted me and others walking up to the line. She was so cheery it forced me to smile back lol. Best Starbucks stop I’ve had in awhile. Lattes and breakfast wraps were tasty and the perfect temp. I smiled when i looked at our to go bag and coffee cups upon closer inspection in the car. Here’s the pic. You have a good day too Auburn/Colfax Starbucks 🙌🏼. Will make this the stop on the way back home.

Great experience today! Staff was friendly helpful professional and really fast. Makes my day 😊 when people in customer service enjoy their job. The great thing about Starbucks is, their products are always consistent. My caramel brulee latte was hot and delicious. This was the first time I've had a chocolate croissant. It was flaky and ooey gooey chocolatey. I wish Starbucks would post a sign stating the items they are out of, by the menu board. After asking about three different pastries, I finally found an item they had available to purchase. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

I travel alot for work and whenever I am in town I love to work from the lobby in Colfax. Clean, comfortable and relaxing, great staff in this tiny town. Thank you Starbucks!!
