Three Birds Restaurant

Wow, what a lovely evening at Three Birds! It was a special occasion for us, and Faith took such good care of us. We ordered a bottle of Laluca Prosecco, the grilled salmon with risotto on the side, and the prime rib which my husband absolutely adored. The ambiance was wonderful, and we would happily return the next time we’re in town!

This is a classic fine dinning restaurant. They have safe gluten-free options. It’s one of my “go-to” places when I want a meal I know won’t disappoint!

I am going with 5 stars - could be a mid- 4 star - but benefit of the doubt! Was here while visiting our daughter who is working at Corning Museum of Glass. Nice spot on Market street - which is full of options by the way. Selected it based on good reviews. Oddly enough, we had the same server that we had the night before at a different restaurant in town. What are the odds? Menu was not large but imaginative. We opted for a couple of apps and then to split two entree's three ways. The special was a cod sealed in puff pastry with a delicious sauce that was a huge hit. It was tremendous. What an amazing experience. Not from the area and went on Valentine’s Day. No tables available but bar seating was. Great experience. I believe we received the same VIP treatment as if we had reserved a table. The bartender Shannon was awesome! From getting drinks, taking our order and being very polite and friendly. Food was absolutely delicious, flavorful and cooked to perfection. I cannot overemphasize how great a time my wife and I had. I will definitely recommend this establishment to everyone.

The food was delicious. Service was excellent. The Staff were professional and polite.
