Customer Reviews
Such a great dinner at The Yellow Deli in Coxsackie! Everything we ordered was really well made and absolutely delicious. The service was amazing — super friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and full of good vibes. Just an all-around lovely experience. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!
Stopped here after a quick Google search about halfway home driving from VT to PA. What a lucky find!! Fantastic food, nice service, and wonderful view out to the Hudson. Saved this one to stop again on future trips like this one that we do annually.
I first saw the yellow deli as a reel on social media describing it as a good experience "even though it's a cult." Regardless of its beliefs, I was captivated by the aesthetics and mood of the restaurant. We were visiting a neighboring town and made it a point to stop here. It did not disappoint. The first thing you'll notice at the beginning, through the duration, and we'll after the meal is done is the friendliness. From beginning to end, these people were far too kind in every way. And it wasn't an annoying level of positivity; it was genuine enthusiasm for their workplace. Next it the look of the joint. It's consistent all throughout, including the bathroom. It started in the 70s and really maintains the style of that era. Simple, clean, warm, and brown (and yellow). Very comforting
We came here for lunch today and we're warmly welcomed with such hospitality. Such a relaxing and laid back crowd, and atmosphere! The food was delicious as well as their coffee. We'll definitely be back when in the area, definitely recommend for anyone passing through, the whole nostalgia of the place is enough for 5 stars. Thank you for such a relaxing experience!
Extremely charming spot by riverside park. The owners are so welcoming that I felt like I was personally invited to eat there. Prices are very reasonable. It is well worth a special trip just for the views, but the food was tasty too, and they made me feel special, so 5 stars all around!
