My quote for 1 box at 17 lbs, 27” x 16” x 14” going to Ottawa, ON Canada, $775.xx. That was the cheapest they had to offer. Absolutely insane. Shipped it via USPS for $130.xx

Came in with a very small box to ship that needed literally a small (few inches) piece of tape to close and they wanted to charge me a dollar. Completely petty and uncalled for. Why not do something so very small as a way of showing you provide good customer service and actually care about your customers... instead of trying to make a dollar off of people and leaving them with a bad experience that they will share with others. It is not about the dollar... it's about how pathetic and petty doing that is to the public. One tiny piece of tape! Wow! Not a smart business practice... especially when your overhead on that is probably less than a penny. I also visit the UPS Store not too far away at 2364 Essington Rd. in Joliet and I see people in front of me CONSTANTLY needing tape on boxes and

This stores customer service is extremely poor. They will nickel & dime you & talk to you like your 5 years old. Make sure to have tape in your pockets at all times because they’ll charge you for a sliver to secure a package.

They were extremely extremely helpful. I was returning an item to Amazon that had a rechargeable battery and they were very helpful to make sure I labeled everything correctly so it would not be returned to me. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience shipping several oversized items. A store employee helped me repack items into smaller boxes taking time to modify the boxes himself to help lower my shipping costs. This store measures accurately and does not add extra inches to the dimensions like other UPS locations.
