Genuinely the most pretentious establishment I have ever step foot in. Get ready for NYC prices multipled by not just slow, but inattentive service. Tries to justify prices by using local products- well, it doesn’t account for the sub-mediocre quality. No matter what I buy (i.e. a bottled drink and coffee cake) the total price blows my mind. Don’t be fooled by lack of pictures; I’ve unfortunately been here too many a time as a Williams student. So happy to never have to come here again. Do better.
Delicious food. A variety of hearty breakfast, vegetarian options, and delicious sandwiches. Large seating area and outdoor seating too.
Spring Street Market and Cafe offers good sandwiches and has very fast service! The Turkey BLT was decent, good ingredients but on the pricier side for not coming with chips or fries. Where they really shined was in their service, since our order was ready for pickup right at the time we scheduled despite the cafe being extremely busy. If you’re looking for a quick bite, check out Spring Street Market and Cafe!
Literally go anywhere else. The prices are too expensive for the mediocre quality. You can get a sandwich at Panera for the same price, except Spring St Market and Cafe does not include a side with the sandwich. The bakery items are delicious, but when a cookie costs almost $4 and a tiny slice of cake costs $7, it's never worth it. The space is cramped with no room to move freely in the dining room AND in the store itself. The shelves are pushed so close to the walls that it allows for only one person to stand in the aisle. If you do not know what you want to drink, you will be forced to circle back every time someone else enters the aisle (which is frequently). Since many college students use this establishment to study, there is often never a place to sit during the busier hours. Keep
Great sandwiches in a college town restaurant. Nice place to grab a sandwich and continue w your trip . My chicken sandwich was perfect ,nicely grilled
