A-Frame Bakery

Justin and his wife were absolutely the best!! They both went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and had a delightful attitude :) They are a true asset to Bear Valley Springs and a blessing to those they serve! Their bread was delicious and the drive and view from their bakery is a must see. Just beautiful and highly recommended!!

The blueberry coffee cake was life changing delicious! The strawberry with French creme cupcake was also a standout. Good iced coffee. Lovely lady runs the place. Cute pit stop on the side of the road. Very small inside.

Stopped here for some breakfast baked goods. Everything is super fresh and baked small batch- so much so that they often run out. Would definitely recommend the Apple Muffin, which has a wonderful crumb topping and is studded with raisins. Not a big fan of the croissants here. Would stop in again!

They made us the most beautiful Fruit Tart we have ever seen for an anniversary celebration. We will order dessert from here again! Also they take check, cash, or venmo. No credit cards, but it is worth it!

What makes this tiny place a hidden gem is the baker- owner Sharon. Her muffins are famous in the area, and they sell out early in the day. But talk to Sharon about a pie or tart at least a week in advance. Her flakey melt in your mouth crust will accent the totally natural fillings. An extra is the excellent covid safety of this very small to-go only shop.
