Best sandwich in the valley. I'd take this over kneaders! Turkey pesto, honey chicken, and the breakfast burrito were all amazing. My daughter said the grilled cheese was the best she's ever had (and I fancy myself a Connisuer). The scan cinnamon roll was amazing too.

Love this bakery. They have excellent sandwiches, bread, and pastries. Their Reuben sandwich is amazing. I highly recommend them if you are looking for high quality food.

Mimicking a previous customer's review! I’m all about supporting our town’s businesses. But The Rustic Oven's prices are pretty steep. I saw the owner's comment saying that they haven’t raised prices in 3.5 years. But they were already high in the first place from my first visit back in 2022. Only the new folks moving here with money can become regulars and not us longtime Middleton residents. It’s tough for some, especially seniors and people with lower incomes. Maybe some budget-friendly options could make it easier for everyone to enjoy. We ordered a few "regular-sized" cinnamon rolls and a couple of breakfast burritos, and I was shocked when she said $45 and some change. And $20 for a basic, 8-inch apple pie seems way too high. We won't be back again.

There's nothing better than a local, family owned bakery. Their pastries and bread are made from scratch and are wonderful, and their hot sandwiches can't be beat. The employees are lovely as well!

Been here for lunch a few times, every time the sandwiches are excellent. Tried the snickerdoodle cookies this last as a dessert and bought a bunch more before leaving. Forgot to take a picture of the roast beef sandwich but I did get one of the cookies. Will be back again!
