Tacos El Rancho

Service was prompt and courteous. My wife ordered a carne asada taco and a carne asada torta with beans and "lengua" (beef tongue). She said the taco was dry and lacking flavor, but she lived the torta and would definitely come back. The restaurant itself was very well lit and clean. The menu offers the typical Mexican fast food selection plus hamburgers and salads too. Well be back to try more items.

Went there for the first time last night. So disappointed in myself for not trying this place sooner. Their food was excellent! The street tacos were delicious (could have used more than one lime wedge haha) and the beans and rice were very well done. The chips are great, their red salsa is excellent. The absolute winner though is the queso dip. So good.

I have been a resident of Middleton for 24 years, driving by this place makes me a little sad that it's no longer Farm Boy. But do you know what makes me happy? Tacos y burritos! And Tacos El Rancho is killing it! The drive-thru situation is a little awkward, but the staff is always super friendly and fill orders quickly. The carnitas and carne asada are delicious! The carne asada super burrito with the red salsa is perfect for a gordo like me!

On Jan 28th we went into the restaurant to eat dinner and the lady that was running the front register oh my she was so rude it was crazy. Even other people in the restaurant said she was rude. The only reason we stayed is because we love the food and the day time people are so sweet and nice. The rest of the crew was nice but the front lady is too rude for our family and won't be back in the evening time. She is gonna cost the business a loss in money because I seen a couple walk out on her. Be smart about this. Update spoke with owner super nice lady. She said she would take care of it. The food is amazing

This is sneakily one of the better Mexican shops in the valley. I know that isn't saying much, but don't sleep on it. If you place the right custom order, they make a pretty solid California burrito, too.
