Shea, Jaden, and Chris, THANK YOU so much for your most amazing service this evening! You all were so attentive to making sure I had the most pleasant sandwiches! I ordered a subway sandwich online through subways website for a pickup at the Middleton location, when I arrived they told me they didn’t receive my order although I showed them the payment pulled out of my bank for their location, they told me they couldn’t provide me with a sandwhich since the order did not pop up on their computer, I stepped aside for the manager to help other customers while I waited for it to be figured kid out, during that time the manager was making comments to another customer about the situation in an annoyed way insinuating I put my order in to the wrong subway and now I’m insisting a refund and she can’t do that which is completely unprofessional, I stepped in and let her know that the transaction on my bank says Middleton store and I never even asked for a re

The staff was very patient and polite while helping my grandmother. The sliders were alot smaller than I thought they would be, the bread was just a little tough. But the food and staff were excellent!!👌
