The Ridge Diner

Since the Ridge re-opened my wife and I have dined in once and ordered takeout once. The experience in the restaurant was very good, with server staff that has been around for a very long time. For the take out order, we ordered Calamari, and there was deep fried Saran Wrap mixed in with the Calamari. I think they may have a quality control problem.

We could not wait for the Ridge to reopen and it did not disappoint! The renovations have really taken it to the next level. It was our first time back in since they were closed and we had a wonderful experience. Our server knew the menu in and out and looked happy to be work. I started with French onion soup, it was delicious. For my meal I got a grilled buffalo chicken wrap and it was spot on. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the wrap, the lettuce, and the tomatoes were all fresh as could be. My wife got a gyro bowl and instead of gyro meat, she substituted with grilled chicken, it was excellent. The coffee is great, the staff was friendly, and the food was aces, we're so happy the Ridge is back!

The diner had been closed for renovations. It has now done a soft opening, and we were lucky enough to hear from a friend that they had reopened. The renovation is lovely! They have increased the space for ~40 diners, along with the beautiful renovations to the booths, ceiling, and flooring. It feels much more expansive, with the soft lighting and considerably improved sound system. While people go to a diner for ambiance, what keeps people coming back is the food. I am so happy to report that the food was delicious! I have always enjoyed the burgers at the diner, and today it was better than ever. Cooked perfectly, and served on a soft, seeded bun with lettuce, tomato, coleslaw and a pickle. My friend had one of the grilled cheese choices, and she enjoyed that as well. The desserts are

Since they reopened I've been here several times. Burgers amazing & tonight I had short rib grilled cheese with onions. Was one of the best short rib grilled cheese I ever ate. They also have gluten free bread and it's also good. Service also awesome, give them a 10. Congratulations Ridge Diner on a great reopening!

This Diner it’s an amazing place. Excellent service and all the employees are very friendly. The food was so delicious and flavorful, great portions for the price. Definitely 💯 recommended!
