Pop Empanada

Pop Empanada is hands-down one of the best spots in Park Ridge. I stopped in for lunch and had their steak sandwich and a couple of empanadas — absolutely incredible. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. My wife and I also did their prix-fixe dinner here once with a small group, and it was just as amazing. Great food, great portions, and a really warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend for lunch, dinner, or anything in between. A real gem in town!

Best cheese empanada I’ve ever eaten in my life! Just ordered Pop Empanada on Uber Eats for the first time; everything we ordered was incredible. Highly recommend the chicken sandwich, cheesesteak, pop smash burger & of course any of the empanadas!

That Supper Club is absolutely exceptional - the food is extraordinary. Every course is devine and delicious. It is a world class treat to dine here.

Pops is an authentic empanada joint. That's really all you need to know. If you know, you know, if not now you do. How bout that statement, how many "knows" can you use in a sentence and make sense of it? Me, it's 3. The bbq brisket and bacon cheeseburger are superb. Nice sauce served up with them. They're priced around 5 or 6 bucks depending on the type you get

Pop Empanada is a must-try! They have a great variety and the food is delicious. A perfect spot for a quick bite or takeout meal.
