Our restaurant was looking for menu inserts with a week turnaround time. Before ordering, I reached out on their site to ask if our short timeline was possible. Sherry responded so quickly and suggested we go with an expedited shipping option. Once we placed the order, she communicated with the warehouse, and they were able to get our order out that same day. Because of their fast and efficient processing, they determined that a cheaper shipping option was going to work for us, so Sherry refunded the difference between what we paid and the cheaper shipping option.
