The Lady Tamales

The tamales themselves are outstanding you can tell they are handmade with love using authentic recipes. I highly recommend the pork chili verde it is absolutely delicious! I saw this online and thought I'd give it a try with all the good reviews. And they didn't disappoint. I'm really weird about meat like I won't eat anything on a bone. Not even KFC chicken breast or the best steak anywhere. And I wondered where the pig part came from. Was it like pig gut or pig brain so I asked her. And I knew I wanted tamales but this late they only had chicken or pork. I was leery of the pork ( I was afraid it would be from some weird pig part) so I got a dozen chicken. And the chicken tamale was good. But I also got a taste test of the enchilada meal with the beans, rice, and a tamalee. For this I tried the pork tamale. And to my shock the item I was most leery of the (pork) tamale and almost didn't even try turned out to be my MOST favorite out of everything I tried.Th

Great place. Good food. Friendly. Limited seating but we'll worth it. The food has great flavor. The owner is so nice and friendly. Tamale 🫔 is tasty.

I purchased 24 tamales for $43. Most of them were smaller than the size of my index finger and maybe 5 of the 24 had a very small amount of meat the rest had 0 meat in them. It’s like eating cardboard. Very dry and tasteless. I was told the salsa makes them a little better but it’s too spicy for me so i had to eat them with nothing. The service was good and fast though.

Wonderful tamales. I highly recommend The Lady for any menu items especially the tamales. Great food!
