Dutch Bros Coffee

I've been going to this location for about 2 years for my morning coffee. Just within the past month there has been a major shift. It now takes over 20 minutes each morning to get my coffee in a line of 2-3 cars. This is not a one time thing or else I would not leave this review. I'm hoping someone on management or the franchise owner sees this. Not posting it to be mean. Hoping they can get back on track. Love Dutch. Will try again after a little time away.

I've always loved Dutch Bros and the coffee is consistently great. However, I'm disappointed to say that for the first time ever, I experienced very poor customer service. A comment was made at the window that made me feel like I was "almost nothing" which was completely unexpected from a place I've always enjoyed visiting. I hope this was just an off day for the staff, but it definitely left a bad impression

I thought the whole point of ordering on the app was to "skip the line" not wait in the cold for 15 minutes while the entire drive-thru gets their drink before you. I wouldn't be frustrated if it was the first time this has happened to me, but this is the fourth time its happened. I leave with plenty of wiggle room to get a coffee and get to work early, ordering on the app to make sure its planned out and I have all the time I need to get to work if there's traffic or a crash. But waiting 15 minutes for the drink I ordered 20+ minutes ago? While you watch the entire drive-thru get their drink before you? And then almost being late because you had to wait 15 minutes for the drink you placed 20+ minutes ago is kind of insane. Its very frustrating and it having been the fourth time this has h

Always awesome over at Dutch Bros! Friendly staff who are always so cool. And the coffee makes Starbucks look like bland brown water. (Just kidding it's not that big of a difference). I recommend the blended carmelizer

This is by far the slowest location I've ever been to. Don't stop here if you have less than 25minutes to wait in the drive thru line. The line was not long, they just take 5-7min per car.
