The Jenkins Inn

What a great place to stay. This is our fourth time here and we love the decor, the landscaping, the hospitality, the excellent breakfast. Is it possible to feel away and at home at the same time? Yes!|And although this B&B was built in the 1800s the rooms have some modern upgrades like outlets handy for charging near the beds, great WiFi, in room coffee, closet space, and more.

Myself and some of my relatives had booked our stay at The Jenkins Inn for my daughter’s wedding in June. If you have an event at The Harding Allen Estate, the Inn is just around the corner. Joe, the Inn Keeper was so welcoming and warm. If we had questions or needed assistance he was there to help. My daughter had a minor meltdown the morning of her wedding and needed a quiet place to relax, my room at The Jenkins Inn was just that place. Joe makes a wonderful breakfast that will keep you full most of the day. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Joe!!

The Jenkins Inn in Barre, MA is the spot! This cozy, beautifully decorated bed and breakfast immediately makes you feel at home. Joe, the owner, is incredibly laid back guy and his knowledge of the area was invaluable - all his recommendations were spot on. The breakfast Joe makes deserves special mention - delicious and made with local farm fresh ingredients! We're already planning our next visit. If you're in the area, don't bother looking elsewhere - this place beats any other option hands down. Highly recommended!

This is our second time at this lovely B&B and it is absolutely charming. First of all, it is spotlessly clean. If you’re looking for classic New England charm, this is your spot. The inside has so much to take in and beautifully decorated with old and new together. There’s a lovely porch to sit out, and look at the well tended garden on the side of the house. Could not be more charming! The rooms are very comfortable and thoughtful for every convenience. It’s an old house so it is not decorated like pottery barn! It has its own classic New England charm. The breakfast that is absolutely delicious and you have a choice of what you prefer. There is nice coffee in your room to start your day as well. Joe is a gracious and accommodating host.
