The Fish House Eatery/Jack’s Seafood

This is a hidden gem that I'm glad my husband and I found. The food was so delicious and the staff was very welcoming. Even the other patrons were friendly, with a "hi" to and from everyone - definitely a family atmosphere. My husband got fried flounder with potato salad and yams. All was perfectly prepared but the yams were especially delicious . . . creamy and sweet, but not too sweet. I got the pork ribs (fabulous sauce), turnip greens, and limas with corn. I'm not from the south but I've learned to appreciate the food through my years here. This was a soul food and southern cooking winner.

First time here today and I’m already planning my next visit! Food was delicious and now I know exactly where to come when I’m craving my favorite comfort foods. Very welcoming staff and the customer service was incredible!

Wow . 100% come here on a Saturday for lunch. The food was spectacular, got the cat fish 3 piece (comes with a few hush puppies which were out of this world) the collard greens, and Mac and cheese.. 🔥 🔥 🔥 amazing, best food I've had in a bit. If you like spicy get the hot sauce in my pics and add it on the side with a little mult vinegar.. oh my.. it was so good. Amazing food, staff friendly, and clean

This place is the worth the drive from Raleigh or Durham!!! The food was amazing and seasoned well. I will keep coming back until I've tried everything

The food was amazing an served hot hats off to the cook. I would recommend this place to anyone that's hungry an want flavor. First time going here an yes I'll be back!! Oh yeah the grade was great as well very clean 👌
