We saw this truck at a the viking event and I'm so glad we did! We got the pepper steak roll and the sausage roll. Both were really good! The pepper steak had a bite to it...could taste the pepper, but not overwhelming. The sausage roll was not thick pieces of sausage, but a mashed up consistency. I really loved it. I went back to get more and sadly they were closed. I would love to visit this cart again!

I stopped by Sheila’s Aussie Bakery food truck for the first time yesterday and I am so glad I did. I ordered the sausage roll and an Australian cup of coffee and was completely blown away. I had never had a sausage roll before so I did not know what to expect but it turned out to be absolutely delicious. The sausage was full of flavor and the pastry it was wrapped in was perfectly baked with just the right amount of flakiness. The owner served me my order and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. That kind of kindness really makes the experience memorable. I will absolutely be going back. If you see this food truck around do yourself a favor and stop by.

I started buying meat pies and sausage rolls from Sheila's at the downtown Cary farmers market. Seems like a nifty and unusual little treat. Turns out it's more than that. First the food is absolutely delicious. It's actually become a weekly gift purchase as much as anything else. But there's much more to it than just a delicious, fresh, authentically awesome food. I bring their sausage rolls to my parents every week. They're in their 80s. My dad doesn't really use his teeth anymore. But the sausage rolls are something that he can eat, enjoy, taste, and feel good about. They're not just a good meal. They bring real happiness to the table. They request them specifically every week. They look forward to them. That's a great thing at this stage of life for sure. I'm lucky that I stumbled
