The Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast

My wife and I have been going to the North Fork every summer for 20 years now, and the Farmhouse B&B is the best place we've ever stayed. We wouldn't go anywhere else. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The house offers the best of the old and the new: an old farmhouse feel, but with all the conveniences. The very best feature of the place, though, is Anne. She's a warm, accommodating host, full of helpful information and good cheer, but also respectful of her guests' privacy. And her breakfasts are simply fantastic. She's a gourmet cook, and that's no exaggeration. The North Fork is lovely, but we would go just about anywhere to enjoy Anne's hospitality. I can't recommend this B&B highly enough.

I recently stayed at The Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast and had a wonderful experience! The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the tasty breakfast, which featured a delightful selection of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. From fluffy pancakes to perfectly cooked eggs, each morning meal was a culinary treat. Anne and Bruce were warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a lovely time. Adding to the charm of the stay were the adorable alpacas and chickens on the property. It was such a joy to interact with these friendly animals, making the experience even more special and unique. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

We loved the Farm House B&B! It is clean, organized, and tastefully decorated, and the property is beautiful. Anne is an amazing host and a great source of local information. Located off the Main Road on Depot Avenue, it was centrally located for a wedding we attended, right near the local golf club, Catholic church, and the Peconic Bay Yacht Club in Southold for the reception. The Farmhouse B&B provides a relaxing and unique experience! French country decor, high quality linens, exceptional breakfasts, and….alpacas, fresh eggs, amazing heirloom vegetables, and quiet attention from Annie the innkeeper make your stay memorable. Right in the heart of the North Fork Wine Trail with trails and beaches on both sides of the Fork, you can be as active or as nestled in as you want. Definitely four stars!

The Farmhouse is an excellent B&B. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and bright. The grounds are very relaxing with nice views. Bruce and Anne are amazing hosts, who provided us with several places to hike and their favorite wineries. The breakfasts were fantastic as they raise their own chickens for eggs and all the food they served for breakfast was first rate. It's a really nice place to stay and very centrally located on the North Fork. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
