The Eldredge House

Todd couldn't have been a better host. He really went the extra mile to make our visit to Cape May memorable. If you have a chance, be sure to stay at this historical property and transport yourself to another time. I couldn't recommend staying at the Eldredge House more strongly.

We recently stayed at The Eldridge House and it was an incredible experience primarily due to the hospitality of the owner, Todd. The house itself has a great personality and Todd provides little touches throughout the house to make it feel very warm and welcoming. As soon as you walk in, there is a coffee bar and treats. Todd went above and beyond with great recommendations and even helped with a wedding guest catastrophe when a friends dress broke! The house is around great eateries and it is such a quaint stay for people looking to relax and unwind. Highly recommend.

My husband and I were in definite need of a relaxing getaway and got more than we expected staying at the Eldredge House. Todd, the owner, was flexible to our needs and had such a great knowledge of the local area giving us great advice to make the most of our few days. He went above and beyond so we could make the most of our stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had all that we needed. The location of the Eldredge house is perfect allowing easy access to all areas of Cape May from the beach to downtown. We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Eldredge House in April. Todd is a wonderful host. He makes you feel right at home and is very knowledgeable about the Cape May area and the restaurants. The inn is quaint and very clean. If peace and quiet is what you want for a good night's sleep, you have come to the right place.

This was our first stay in the Eldridge House B & B in Cape May in November 2017. We spoke with Todd, who runs this wonderful little guest home and he was very friendly and accommodating for our tight schedule. He upgraded us to one of the upstairs rooms which was beautifully furnished and so cozy with a little electric fireplace and TV and bath. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting room downstairs was wonderfully decorated with Christmas decorations, a little tree and warm and cold beverages. It's tucked away, but right where we needed to be to enjoy our anniversary. The restaurant across the street was excellent, and the Eldridge house provides a gift certificate with your stay to eat your breakfast at the restaurant across the street or a few other neat places.
