The Edge Restaurant and Bar - Snowmass

Start to finish, my family and I enjoyed this meal immensely! Cheese fondue. Angel hair pasta, goolash soup. Profound. Oh and don’t forget they start you off with in house made pretzels that are phenom!! Life at The Edge. I may or may not have eaten…a little too much. 😂😂😎

The edge has incredible food and atmosphere. Great service and wine too. Thanks to Dan to the manager. He’s great!

Fantastic experience! I walked in solo with no reservation and just sat at the bar. They were clearly slammed and understaffed, but I was in no hurry and enjoyed a fantastic meal and friendly conversation with a great couple who work there together. The food was fabulous and I really have nothing but praise. I guess reservations are recommended.

The Edge has the best happy hour menu in Snowmass. The goulash was excellent as well as the cocktail of the day. Both the waitstaff and the bartender were super helpful and nice. Very good music too

We had a great time eating outdoors at the Edge Restaurant in Snowmass Village. They serve authentic German food, and we loved it, especially the fondue. The service was amazing as well. We will definitely return next time during ski season!
