Aurum Aspen Snowmass

Highly recommend Happy Hour at Aurum after a day on the slopes (3pm-5pm)! For indoor Happy Hour, we pre-booked a reservation on a colder day. Sitting outside by the fire was vibe-y and fun as well. Definitely recommend the Korean Fried Chicken & Parmesan Truffle Fries. The Cranberry Apple Mule was a great cocktail! Tip: If getting the As You Wish cocktail, I recommend asking for light ice - I was disappointed it was only a few sips worth of drink compared to the Cranberry Apple Mule. Overall would recommend as a great spot with delicious food, great service, & awesome atmosphere 👏🏼

A very cute place, both outside and inside. The restroom is clean, spacious, and well maintained. Friendly staff and fast service. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the Spicy Orange Margarita was absolutely worth it.

The drinks were amazing. We ordered the Flourless Chocolate Cake (gluten-free) and some cookies, and everything was absolutely delicious. A special mention to Chiara, whose service was outstanding. She was attentive, kind, and made our experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent all around and well deserving of high rating. We came here many times this year and never had a bad meal. Service is a highlight - attentive and efficient. We especially enjoyed the salads, soups, and cauliflower starter. Great location and warm heaters/ fires if you sit outside. Highly recommend!

Nice spot right in the lower Snowmass village. The cauliflower and Korean chicken were super tasty and came out fast. The patio area has fire pits and is nice to sit at after skiing. The burger is solid as well.
