Customer Reviews
Corson was an interesting dinner with friends on a weeknight. The service throughout was phenomenal - helpful and informative with great suggestions. The menu itself was a bit more limited than I expected but we were able to find dishes for our mixed requirements party (vegetarian, etc.) The dishes overall I thought ranged from only okay to rather good - but nothing blew me away flavors wise. The best bites were for sure the confit halibut, but I found most other bites needing more flavor and spice. The ice cream dessert however was just unappetizing - not sure what happened there. For the price and effort to snag a reservation, I expected more remarkable flavors. The space/atmosphere was quite nice if not a bit drafty but that made sense for the building.
As a photographer who has photographed many events here, I wanted to take a moment to express my love for the Corson Building! Photographing weddings here is such a dream - The space is so unique, charming, and full of character. The gardens are exquisitely designed and maintained, the building feels warm and homey, and the dining patio is so magical for an evening dinner. And the food and drinks... I love walking into the space and seeing the chef's cooking over the fire or preparing food through the windows. The staff are so friendly and fun as well. This is some of the best food in Seattle - can't think of a better place to host a celebratory dinner!
We got married at The Corson Building in September, and it was truly unforgettable. We chose the venue primarily for the food, and it completely exceeded our expectations — everything from the appetizers to our simple dessert was incredible. Our guests are still talking about it. They also did an amazing job accommodating numerous food allergies, which was incredibly important to us. The service was top-notch from start to finish; the staff genuinely felt like part of our family that day. In addition, the space perfectly fit our 60 guests. A huge thank-you to Angela, who helped coordinate everything behind the scenes and made sure the day ran smoothly and seamlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or experience and would highly recommend The Corson Building to anyone looking f
We came here once during the fall and again in the winter. I love the winter menu better personally. The app, main to dessert flows really smoothly and I love how they take risks with different local ingredients to create amazing dishes. One of a kind dinning experience. Service inside could match the dishes better but when we dined outside, the service was amazing.
Dining at the Cordon Building in Seattle is a truly elevated fine-dining experience. The setting itself is elegant and intimate, creating the perfect backdrop for a thoughtfully curated meal. Every detail—from the ambiance to the presentation—reflects a clear commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The cuisine is beautifully executed, with each course showcasing refined techniques, balanced flavors, and seasonal ingredients. The menu feels intentional and sophisticated without being pretentious, and the pacing of the meal allows you to fully enjoy each dish. The wine and cocktail selections complement the food seamlessly, adding another layer to the experience. Service is attentive and professional, striking the right balance between being present and unobtrusive. Overall, dining at the
