Customer Reviews
We’ve been loyal customers of the Cheesecake Factory at Chestnut Hill for years, and today’s experience truly compelled me to write this review. We came in to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, and from the moment we walked in, we felt taken care of. Manager David, despite clearly having a busy evening, greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel like welcomed regulars. That kind of warmth really sets the tone for the entire experience. The food was amazing as always — something for everyone, kids and adults alike. Generous portions of the calamari, wings, steak, fries, and pasta. Never disappoints. Our server Junior did a wonderful job looking after us throughout the evening. And a special shoutout to John, a longtime favorite server of ours, who stopped by to say hello. Those per
Our server Liz was simply the best! Kind, thoughtful, and professional. The food was pretty solid. I was hoping for a little more flavor from the green chile sauce. The chicken shawarma on the specials menu was a surprise hit. The coconut cheesecake was a little too sweet for our liking but the chocolate cake was spot on.
Phenomenal food, presentation, and servings sizes. Widest array of items I have seen. Exceptional service for my friend with peanut allergy. Convenient location in a mall. Wait time was also shorter than expected, and food came out promptly, yet still great quality. Would definitely recommend. Pricing was not cheap, but very fair for what you get. Will be coming back.
Everything’s good, nothing’s great. Big portions, options on the menu for everyone. Servers were always at the ready with refills, ambiance is your classic orange tinted dim lighting.

How things change. This one at the Chestnut Hill location was sadly disappointing. I want to preface this by saying this is our opinion, and this is my opinion, based on our personal experiences after having eaten there at least three separate times. Sadly, no one around us seemed too pleased - it was slowwwwww and frantic. It’s really nothing special, it’s nothing to write home about it… It’s pricey for what you get no doubt about it – and let me give you a few examples. The one male waiter was so unpleasant we had to move our table… He was frantic, asked if we wanted bread and butter or n
