Glazed Bytes

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the location; it is a very cute place with a great variety of snack choices and convenient access from the mall. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the drink I ordered. I ordered an Americano, but unfortunately, it was very weak and looked like colored water. I was hoping for a much better quality coffee experience given how much I liked the rest of the shop. I hope this feedback is helpful for making future improvements.

The coffee ☕ is amazing. I had the Pumpkin Cloud Latte w/ almond milk and it was well worth it. I accompanied the latte with the Croffles + Ice cream and it was sinfully good. It was the perfect portion size and the texture of the croissant waffle was unlike any dessert I've ever had. 100% worth it! Not to mention that the great tasting food was accompanied by excellent service.

Glazed Bite is perfect for a quick and delicious treat. I stopped by for a first time to grab a light bite and was impressed — the waffles with ice cream were absolutely amazing, paired with a refreshing iced coffee. The sandwich I tried wasn’t huge, but it was flavorful and satisfying. Great spot if you want something tasty and fast while shopping at the mall. Definitely worth a stop!

Glazed Bytes is a smaller cafe and eatery located in the Chestnut Hill Mall. I didn't know this place existed, I was coming to check out another store when it caught my attention with it's design and signage. The staff were friendly and able to make our drinks quite quickly. There was only a few staff on hand, which was understandable due to the size of the establishment, but it worked. We got a Mango Passionfruit smoothie, which was sweet and quite tasty. It was decently sized for the price, and both flavors went well together without overwhelming each other. I also saw they had croffles and grilled cheese on the menu, both at reasonable prices, so I'd love to come back again and try these options as well.

Wonderful little hole in the wall artisan coffee shop located inside the Chestnut Hill Mall. I purchased a cappuccino, tea, and croissant waffle. All were delicious and presented well. The service is wonderful as well!
