The Carlton Inn Bed & Breakfast

Had a wonderful stay here, celebrating my bday. Our room was so lovely, the inn was quaint, the breakfadt delicious, and the innkeeperJoka and her husband were absolutely the best!!! Super experience!! I thought it was very thoughtful ofJoka to put a bottle of wine in our room for my bday. She went out of her way with extra touches to acknowledge my bday. So thoughtful and much appreciated!! We're so glad we chose this inn for my special day. Joka and her husband are the nicest people and their innkeeper is lovely.

If you enjoy staying at a B&B where your host makes you feel special every day, then you should try this one. Yoka, owner and host, was welcoming the moment we entered until we left. Her breakfasts were over the top amazing. She had a dream, as a little girl in Holland, that she wanted to own and operate a B&B someday. Her dream is being fulfilled. The entire experience was better than we ever expected.

One of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed at! Joka is an amazing host and cooks up a good breakfast. The house itself is super cozy and intimate. It’s located walking distance from several restaurants and cafes, and a quick drive from McMinnville. I highly recommend this if you’re visiting. It’s perfect for an intimate vacation or a quick trip to get out of the city. It’s also near many wineries, so you can plan around the area with ease.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Carlton Inn with Joka. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel very welcome and special. The Inn was lovely and clean, with a lot of Dutch influences representing Joka's heritage. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! The Inn is a short walk from the Willamette valley village of Carlton. which although small has an exceptional number of eateries and wine tasting rooms. We used the Inn as a base to explore Wine country in Oregon and recommend the Resonance winery for some truly great wines and cheese pairings. Also check out Cuvee restaurant and Park & Main in the village for high quality food options. Thank you Joka and Keiff!

My wife and I stayed at the Carlton Inn with Joka and Keef. Such a wonderful host they were for us. Great food and great fun while at the inn and it is located in a great place for access to local vineyards up and down the valley. Also, only a little over an hour drive to the coast if you are looking for more of an outdoorsy day! We will certainly stay at the Carlton Inn in the future in our next visits to the area! 5 star!
