The Brickery

I’ve eaten at the Brickery many times. The environment is always homey and welcoming. This time we ordered some yummy food to take home. I just wanted to make sure that Livie gets some recognition. She was so sweet when placing my order over the phone and very friendly and immediately attentive when I arrived to pick up the order. I had asked a question about the food and she let me know where it was in the bag when I arrived. Amazing customer service is not very common in many places, but the Brickery and Livie knock it out of the park!

We were staying near Jackson for a couple nights and decided to try this place out. We walked in and placed our takeout order at the counter inside and then waited in our car, where the girl at the outside takeout window was able to let us know when our order was ready. We ordered a half mushroom/ half cheese pizza, some garlic knots, a large Greek salad, and some meatballs. There was a misunderstanding with our half and half pizza. They made an entire mushroom pizza, but before we even knew about it, they went ahead and made an extra cheese pizza at no extra cost to us to compensate for the mistake. Amazing pizza and homemade pasta! Loved the BBQ chicken pizza, kids meals were ample and they loved them. Atmosphere was great, good service too! Military discount offered.

Our waitress was very sweet and kind and the food was great! However, we were asked to leave the restaurant to make room for another party while my grandpa was still eating and they knew it was his birthday.
