Fire & Ice

Everything was wonderful! We had a party of 7 plus 2 dogs, and they accommodated us with no problem. Super dog-friendly—they even brought out a water bowl and offered pup cups! We started with the Mac and Cheese bites, which were delicious. Between everyone in our group, we ordered just about everything on the menu, and everything was great. The service was excellent too—the servers were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Of course, we couldn’t leave without ice cream. I tried the peach ice cream with waffle cone bits on top, and it was a 10/10—so good, with big chunks of peach. Definitely recommend!

Fire and Ice is the best restaurant on the lake…we love fire and ice, the food, the service, and the lake view is amazing ❤️❤️ Give them a try you won’t be disappointed…on Jackson Lake

Terrible!!!! Stay away!!! This place used to be good but is horrible now. My husband ordered a bacon burger and he received half a burger with NO bacon, no toppings, nothing. They stated they were out of bacon and multiple other things we attempted to order. The appetizers were brought after our meals. Half of us were done eating before the others got their food including the kids. The kitchen looked very unclean. They used to have servers but now it’s fast food type of environment with absolutely no service. We will not be back.

This place is expensive for what you get. For example, wings are $2 each, and TINY (see pic). Hummingbird wings, perhaps? They have 7 lite beers and ZERO IPAs, the most popular beer style in America. NOT my favorite place!

A little bit of a mission to get to but well worth the drive. The service was amazing and the waitress was super friendly and helpful. The other customers kept staring at our bi-racial family. I can tell that the customers might be weird but one goes there for the food. The food is 10/10. I didn’t get heartburn which is a plus. The smash burger was divine along with the Cajun fries. My daughter ordered the pizza but kept stealing my fries lol. That says everything! Next time I’m trying the pizza. The rainbow ice cream is delicious. I can’t wait to go back during the week.
