This one’s interesting…. One night I went I got the best fries of my life(pictured with the turkey BLT)… then the next night I go back and ask for a buffalo chicken sandwich and it took 30min, plus the fries were completely different. Not sure why, but they were nowhere near as good as the first time I went. Third night I went with a friend- they got wings and they were some of the smallest and just worst wings they ever had, I got a chicken quesadilla and it was basically just a tortilla warmed up with a tiny bit of chicken in the very center. Totally ridiculous the lack of quality control going on here. Also I don’t even think they have a kitchen they just have a couple air fryers lol. The bartender/cashier is also the chef I’m pretty sure but I could be wrong. I’d recommend ordering ube
Was trapped in New York with 13 co-workers due to the weather our flights were canceled. We were lucky enough to be able to book rooms here. After a long bad day, it was refreshing to be taken care of. The food was very good, I had grilled cheese and tomato soup, and the drinks were awesome too, I had an espresso martini. In the morning, I had avocado toast. The prices were on the higher side, but the service was first class!
Food was hot and fantastic.
The morning shift people are extremely friendly and professional. The night shift people came out of clown town or a tv show and should not be employed by any company that offers customer service. Hostile and rude. Embarrassing when compared to the day shift team to be honest. Food is overpriced. Expect to pay $20 plus for a drink and microwave like food.
Definitely a gem hidden in a hotel. They're muffins were delicious along with our late night snacks of fries, quesadillas, and flatbread. With it being a little pricey being in a hotel the food was worth the price. Service was fast and friendly.
