Pokemoto - Tarrytown

I love Poke and was really excited to try this establishment. Upon entering there is a nice photo wall to take a cute selfie. It was a little busy for drinks but staff were friendly and very hospitable. I ordered Two Poke Bowls with 3 proteins each. I was happy with my protein but not when it came to the toppings. When asking for more cucumbers or more green onions because your scoop is literally only 4 to 5 pieces which I find is crazy to me. I understand over charging for avocado or more protein but portion size is tiny with a little plastic white spoon for toppings. I’m a frequent customer to the White plains location and never had a problem with portion sizes or requesting more topping.

There was a live fly still moving in the poke salad! Informed staff however no apologies and made it seem like nothing happened. Just said “oh my god” Atmosphere is good however staff training to deal with unexpected situations not adequate!

Upon entering I was greeted by the most amazing staff. I felt very welcomed. The hospitality. This was my first time visiting. Will I be back absolutely!!😍😍😍

Everything is inconsistent. From the times they open. To the drinks, mixed by a different teenager and tasting different every time. He goin give you a half a container of salad today. But go back tomorrow and another teenager giving you half the salad bar. The base is good. They just need more training. Maybe a mixing and portioning class...
