I LOVE this place. You can get a nice breakfast at a price equal to fast food and greater nutrition. Crystal and the staff are always pleasant and the food comes out quick!!

We loved this place! We went here almost daily on our week long trip to Myrtle beach. Everything and anything they can put on your bagel. Bagels are super fresh and delicious. Loved them and will miss this place.

EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! We tried Bagel Factory for a breakfast during our visit to MB. Ordering was easy and the food was fantastic. If you love bagels this is your stop. Highly recommended.

Waste of time and money. Ordered a onion bagel with cream cheese.. $4.24 and 12 mins later I got a burnt piece of garbage. I didn’t even ask for the bagel to be toasted . Service is the pits .

This morning at approximately 930 I went to the Bagel Factory for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I placed my order. Egg ham and cheese on Rye, and coffee. Order has to be placed at counter. It is serve yourself coffee after they give you cup. I got my coffee waited, and waited and waited for my order. A gentleman that placed his order just prior to mine informed me I should ask about my order. The person at the counter must have heard him, she then asked what I ordered and my name again. I informed her. Approximately 5 minutes after that I received my order well the order was wrong. She gave me a Bacon egg and cheese on rye. I then informed the person at the counter to please just give me my money back, which she did. She did offer me a bagel, said she was sorry they were short staf
