The Art House of Jim Thorpe

We love staying at the Art House, very clean, spacious and private. Everywhere you look is art, whether it be drawings, music or simply the beautiful decor. Jim Thorpe has been a destination of ours for years, we love this area with so much to do and see. Now we have a great place to stay when we visit. Highly recommend! So happy we found The Art House.

Mom and I both really enjoyed our stay here. It's a lovely, quiet, warm and comfortable setting with colorful spacious rooms. The kitchen is equipped and with lots of counter space, including a gas stove, generous sized island, large sink with spray built into the spigot and a dishwasher, making it a fine place to work if you love to cook. The dining room and a cleverly tucked away breakfast nook make meal times charming and fun. The woodwork looks original and well preserved.The stairs are easy to clime for most ages (Mom is 92 and although still quite spry, had very little difficulty reaching the second floor). The bedrooms (3) are a good size with comfortable beds. Having a bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs is quite convenient. What made our stay most enjoyable, however, was our

Really comfortable space with super stylish decor. Nice large backyard and easy walk into downtown Jim Thorpe and all the activity yet quiet for sleeping. Philip is an amazing host. Great town great space, great hospitality!! . Highly recommended.

I've stayed at the Art House a few times, my preferred place to stay when in the area. The location is great to access everything in the Jim Thorpe area. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to guests. I'd highly recommend it when visiting Jim Thorpe.

Beautiful place! I would stay here anytime in any weather.
