The Argentos Empanadas

These empanadas are delicious. They are large with tons of fillings. Flavorful too. The cafe is a nice place to sit and gets nice sun. Or grab a few to go for your drive home. It's a little outside of the main area of center village and definitely worth the few extra steps to walk over here. Just across the covered bridge.

Best place to get food at Copper. Delicious empanadas, great variety of filings. 5.5$ for big empanada with ground beef feels amazing compared to 11$ little bowl of soup at cafeteria at the bottom of the hill. We eat there every single skiing day!

Best lunch option on the mountain. Park your skis and walk 2 minutes to have a lunch for under $10 (empanada & bottled water). Big empanadas, 1 is enough for lunch, maybe 2 if you skipped breakfast. No copper 9% surcharge either. So fantastic option and today there were 12 different options.

Wow! Great empanadas at a great price...in a ski area. Don't forget the alpajores cookies!

I love the new location of The Argentos Empanadas. It's so cool! The Argentinian decorations on the walls are very representative, including the mate and dulce de leche they sell. It's a good size and very well located, especially for people who go skiing and snowboarding. I loved the new bacon and cheese empanada; highly recommended. I was also thrilled that the alfajores maicena are back. The giant round light adds a special touch to the restaurant, as it's very bright and works great for parties. It has a very pleasant atmosphere, just like the Keystone and Silverthorne locations. I also know the manager and the owners; they are wonderful people and deserve the best. All the employees provide excellent customer service. I hope The Argentos Empanadas continues to grow, as they have alway
