Chimayo Grill - Frisco

ALWAYS love going to Chimayo! This is my must stop when I am in Summit County. We love the Dillon location, but are so happy to now have this amazing food in Frisco! Stop here for the best fish bowls/burritos/tacos!

This place is great! Stopped here post ski and it hit the spot. Grilled Shrimp Cajun tacos were 🤌🏻

I love Frisco and make a trip here once a year. I love this new development and the food, service and atmosphere!

Delicious baja shrimp and fish tacos and a great quick and casual place to grab dinner. Super friendly staff. Not much seating inside the restaurant itself but you can sit outside or take your food to the bar across the courtyard

Although the best Chimayo is in silverthorne , the convenience of having a closer restaurant to Breck is really nice . It’s great that this location accepts cash (and card) . It’s not a sit down restaurant . . They do have small bar by the window , other wise there’s seats outside. I hope they get outside heaters eventually! The steak tacos are my favorite by bar
