Eclectic Kitchen and Bar

Stopped in for dinner and a beverage on the last day of riding Keystone. The staff is very attentive without being overbearing, and made fantastic suggestions. The place is clean and comfortable, relaxed yet upscale ambiance. 10/10 would recommend. The menu is definitely geared more towards those who enjoy complex flavors.

I went there purely for the Detroit Pizza. I was not disappointed. We ordered the Detroiter full of pepperoni and hot honey. Wow. Cheesy goodness with the right amount of pepperoni and hot honey!!! Washed it down with the Alpenweisse local beer. I’ll be back!

Overall, really enjoyed the experience and would come again. We sat at a table in the bar area and the service was fast and attentive. Felt the prices for the food and experience were a good value for Frisco. I had to drink the winter reviver cocktail and thought it was really delicious and well balanced, I enjoyed it so much I ordered another. The cocktail/drink menu was extensive and had something for everyone. We started with the Rueben egg rolls, which were good and about what you’d expect, but nothing special. For entrees, I had the rib dip burger, a burger with short rib and au jus. It was phenomenal. Cooked perfectly, soft bun, melty cheese, the au jus was mouthwatering. Stopped by for dinner after finding a few other places crowded in town - OMG its amazing and worth making a trip into Frisco just to dine here. We stopped by around 6 on a Tuesday, we were seated quickly and had orders taken - food & drinks arrived promptly & it was easily the best meal we've had in Colorado! The 1/2 chicken is perfectly seasoned, succulent & a generous portion. The special fish dish (Rocky Mtn Trout) was delicious. We were really torn on what to pick for dinner though - with so many delectable sounding choices & plenty of healthy options too. Also a huge fan of their non-alcoholic drink options! Oh my goodness. YUM!! They make everything from scratch and you can tell! The Salad pizza was fresh. I love the Detroit style deep dish and you can't find it anywhere else in the county. Ordered a cubano and it was loaded with meat. Plenty of tvs to watch sports. Our server Selina was friendly, attentive and super cute. My new favorite local spot!
