Thai Foodie

Love this place!! Red Bluff lacks majorly on good places to eat. I’ve been waiting for good Thai food to come here. I was very surprised to see we have a Thai food truck not far from me. Last night we gave them a try. Bought two things to try, took it home, and everyone loved it. So much that everyone wanted it for dinner so we went back later the same day and ordered dinner. Pad Thai- I do not like pad Thai normally, but this was a super simple and delicious version I couldn’t resist. I absolutely love it. Xtra peanuts!! 😊 Khao Pad- Very tasty fried rice. For me I didn’t care for the onion but I’m a picky eater so it is nothing against the chef. Next time I will say no onion and problem solved. Gaeng Garee (yellow curry)- Super yummy! The flavors alone take me back to my childhood livi

Got the Tom kha with chicken, a special that day. It was delicious. Such good food, good prices, excellent and quick service, and friendly staff. Definitely will be stopping here again whenever I’m in Red Bluff.

Just went there earlier tonight around 515 and it was very quick service. The food is amazing as well, it is full of flavor with a little bit of spiciness to top it off.

Honestly the food was "okay" for a food truck and for the price point. Wasn't the best, but it wasn't bad if you are in a hurry (beats McDonalds in my opinion). They were nice, but definitely needed a little more seasonings, sugar, and perhaps Chili Oil in the yellow curry? There was a Vegan option for my partner that is much appreciated. 3/5 stars for an honest review since this place seems fairly new.
