The Human Bean

We visited this coffee shop everything we are in town. The service is friendly and high efficient. The coffees are absolutely amazing. I love the Salted Carmel Mocha but havent had a bad drink. The chocolate covered coffee bean with every drink is a nice added touch.

Okay so I gave all good stars but the last 2 times I’ve been there have been kind of frustrating. I was charged twice and before that the barista seemed pretty absent minded and told me she couldn’t scan my phone for points… I love this coffee shop so much! I did email directly about being overcharged for a drink I didn’t order. Hopefully I hear back. I’ve been here a ton over the years so I mean sometimes these things happen..

Employees are super friendly and accommodating to any dietary needs. Wide range of sugar free options as well The breakfast is quick and easy AND delicious!! Anything with their snowy powder is a must!!!! YUMMY!!

I was visiting Lassen Volcanic NP and stopped by to grab a coffee after seeing the good reviews. I ordered the cold brew with plain cold foam. The oatmilk foam that the barista made tasted great but the coffee wasn't so good. They need to either source better quality beans or find a better roaster. The coffee was bitter without any of the richness or complexity that comes with a good roast. I had to go to the local Starbucks for a better cup.

Energy drinks used to be better when they used Rockstar to make them, now they use a different brand of energy drinks and drinks aren't the same. On another note their coffee and Italian sodas are good. If unsure of what to get try the Java Chip Granita, you won't regret it.
