This place is such a wonderful addition to red bluff!!! The staff is very welcoming, they have created a lovely atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious, you can taste the heart that went into curating these recipes. The beer is great too!
Brought my 92 year old Hungarian friend who is a stubborn and picky woman when it comes to old world food. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible menu and authentic flavor. We were treated kindly, impressed by the pricing. You really didn’t feel like you were in Red Bluff. So grateful to the family who created this place. We look forward to returning!
Went there on Valentines. Special custom menu was SO tasty. They had filet mignon with scallops or a pork knuckle, both were to die for. House made chocolate mousse or a blonde brownie for dessert so we tried one of each, also bomb! Service staff is super friendly and attentive too! This place is great if you want a special taste of Europe.
The food tasted like, living in a rustic cabin in the woods, in the best kinda way. Fancy atmosphere, not overly fancy. Fancy food presentation. The service was warm and genuine. I had the hunters stew as a main, and tried a bite of hungarian (beef) goulash, potato salad. All three were excellent. I prefered the hunters stew, as it tasted like a less salty meal (simply my preference). The sparce juniper berries were an awesome suprise in the stew. First time eating a juniper berry. The peach cobbler was the best cobbler I've ever had. It was not overly sweet. Perfect level of sweetness. (Perhaps because september is peach season as well.) The cold icecream on the hot cobbler was incredible.
We absolutely loved it. Cant wait to return! Yummy food and super pretty decor. Got the lemon cake for dessert and the beer cheese bites and calamari sticks. Both got the schnitzel entree and it was the best schnitzel we ever had. Great to have this place in red bluff
