I wish I could give this place 6 stars! Great food, setting, and service for the price!! Got dessert and spent 24.5 per person (with tip).

I recently visited a Thai Essence and had an amazing dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with authentic flavors. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as seating was quick but the restaurant tends to get busy, especially during evening hours. Calling ahead ensures a smoother experience. I started with the sampler platter trio, which was a great way to try a little bit of everything. The grilled spicy scallops were perfectly cooked, offering a satisfying balance of heat and flavor. This place is the worse serving papaya salad, the just give you lettuce tomato like A regular salad , an authentic papaya consisting of: Green papaya Thai papaya salad, or som tam, is a crunchy dish with a balance of salty, sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. Key ingredients include shredded green papaya, long beans, tomatoes, garlic, Thai chilies, fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar, often with peanuts and dried shrimp for added texture and umami and this is what the they service me,.

I had a pleasant experience at Thai Essence. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant had a clean washroom and a nice, quiet ambiance. However, the vegetarian options were somewhat limited compared to other Thai restaurants. The food itself was good, but the rice portion was quite small. Having tried Thai cuisine at many places, I found the portion size insufficient for the dish I ordered, so I had to get extra jasmine rice. The Thai tea was average. Parking is available on the parallel street and across from the restaurant behind Optum Clinic, where there is a large parking lot.

Ordered through Uber eats. The Thai iced tea was the best iced tea I've ever had. The grilled beef was good but I wish the rice portion was bigger. Veggies could use a little seasoning. I was so excited to try the mango with coconut sticky rice but they forgot it. Still overall pleasant experience and will order again.
