Texas Roadhouse

On Sunday March 2,2026, my family ordered food as a carry out to take with us for a picnic with family at Siskins rehab facility. We have never had bad food and service from here until now. This is my family’s go to restaurant. We were so disappointed the hamburgers were soooo charred. No condiments were placed with our order and we had to go in and ask for our order. My text kept saying we can’t find you and we were parked right where we gave the info in the text. My son went in to get the order and according to him the food was rudely passed over to him. The rolls honestly did not even seem to be the Texas Roadhouse rolls I will attach a picture of a roll. We were so disappointed this is normally our favorite restaurant!

I just moved here from Memphis and this was my first visit. The starter rolls were delicious. Next up was the cactus blossom onion. There are no words!! My steak was cooked perfectly. My waiter was attentive and never missed a beat. He was friendly and had a great sense of humor. His name was Blake. I will be asking for him in the future. Thank you for a great dining experience on a busy night!!

Fantastic food, excellent service, and terrific atmosphere! We especially enjoy this steak restaurant because our food is always made to order, and it comes out really fast. The buttered rolls with cinnamon butter, served while you decide on your order, are always an extra-special treat. The portions are always plentiful, and the food tastes great. I particularly enjoy the Tomahawk Ribeye, while my wife enjoys their Filet Minion. Service is fast, and we never had to wait to be seated, even when the place is busy. The lighting in the restaurant is comfortable and creates a warm atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. TVs are always showing sporting events, which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. Pricing is very reasonable, and menu options are plentiful. I highly recomm

This is our local Texas Roadhouse, and honestly, I wish it weren’t. I’ve given this location chance after chance, and it continues to disappoint. Cooking a steak properly should be the bare minimum—especially for a steakhouse. Yet again, mine was ordered medium and came out like leather. The service is no better. Our server was pushy and clearly focused on rushing us through the meal, not on providing a good experience. I don’t want to be pressured into giving my entire order the moment I sit down. They try to turn and burn to get more tables, quality service is not a priority. I won’t be back. This restaurant has had more than enough chances to get it right

I always prefer coming to roadhouse for the steak over any other chain restaurant. They always tend to get it right 90% of the time. I also like their salads. However, not sure if our server was overwhelmed with his three table section.. or if hes new. Brought family friends to eat a late lunch and it wasnt busy when we arrived. It felt like we had been forgotton about. We sat without being greeted for 10-15 min and we had to find someone to get our server. The whole process felt messy and the food came out overcooked for most of the table but none of us wanted to complain or wait another 30 minutes for a remake. And felt rushed to leave once the bill was paid. I hope the server has a better time dealing with time management and his tables then he did yesterday.
