Publix Super Market at Creek Plantation Village

The saying “where shipping is a pleasure” is quite true. I have met the deli manager, the produce manager, and the front end manager. All the staff is very helpful and even take you where something is if you ask.

Amazing grocery store. Every employee I came across was working or asking if we needed anything. A lady working in the seafood and meat section was so nice to my friend who needed help. She enjoys her job. So nice to see.

The staff here is fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, I’ve had repeated issues with food quality over the last four months. I’ve purchased moldy produce, pasta that molded quickly, lunch meat that went bad within days, and milk that spoiled before the sell-by date. Having worked in grocery for 26 years in a high-standards environment, this is concerning from a quality and food-safety perspective. I’m sharing this as constructive feedback, because with better rotation and freshness controls, this store could be much better.

Always helpful staff and peak performance on stock rotation! Love the bakery staff! They are super helpful with orders especially when I had to learn the digital ordering system. I do miss the cake book. I like to browse cake books for what to buy and the book made that part easier. Floral station is always great to walk in to as you are greeted by amazing arrangements when you walk in! The hot foods station is always up to speed and on their toes with filling amazing smelling food orders in a kind and punctual manner. Check out is always friendly and supportive as well as helpful if I have trouble finding something during my shopping trip. And they always take extra care of delicate items like cakes and flowers! Publix is quite expensive so I mostly shop there for items I can't get cheaper at Food City up the road. But the meat and seafood at Publix is better variety and quality. The staff are helpful and friendly, though some of the checkout comments/conversations are clearly driven by management instructions. My only real complaint is how often they run out of some items. Apparently this is not because of product shortages, just delays in ordering and filling shelves.
