Went for lunch, the staff were super friendly. On top of providing great service, made you feel very welcome. The atmosphere of restaurant was fun busy at lunch but didn’t feel really crowded. For the food really really good, highly recommend will definitely be going back for a dinner experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

Fiesta Jalisco is a gem! Hands-down one of the best Mexican dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and top-tier service. Massive shoutout to our server Vincent, who was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The chips came out hot and fresh (which should be the standard everywhere, but rarely is), and the salsa and cheese dip? Phenomenal. Full of flavor and served in perfect portions. But the real showstopper? The margaritas. Absolutely top notch. Whether you're going for the classic or something fruity and adventurous, every drink was expertly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. We were served the yummiest Mexican food that we’ve had since moving to Tennessee three years ago. Clean, flavorful, and tons of delicious salsa choices.

Since leaving Texas two months ago, I’ve been on the hunt for real, authentic Mexican food in Chattanooga and let me tell you, the struggle was real. But Fiesta Jalisco came through like a hero in a sombrero. The moment that bowl of warm, homemade tortilla chips hit the table, I knew I’d found the one. I ordered the quessabirria, and it was hands-down the best I’ve had outside of Texas. The consommé? I’d bathe in it if society allowed. My friend got the enchiladas suizas and was equally impressed. He topped it all off with a slice of Tres Leches cake and looked like he’d reached dessert nirvana. Sadly, no margaritas that day (cue dramatic gasp), but the beer on tap did the trick. Bonus points for the incredibly attentive and friendly service, both the waiter and manager were on point.

I would give them 10 ⭐️ stars . So happy we tried here instead of our regular “go to “ Mexican restaurant . It is the best Mexican food we have ever had. Everything was fresh, the taste was amazing and the presentation excellent. The staff there were very friendly and accommodating! All of this with great prices. If you are looking for a GREAT Mexican restaurant this is it!
