exas Cafe Diner is a great spot when we want a solid, comfort-style meal and friendly service. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the overall vibe is welcoming and easygoing. We ordered the Huevos Rancheros, and it was the kind of plate that keeps us coming back. It comes with crispy corn tortillas, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, two eggs, and is topped with salsa, feta cheese, and cilantro, plus black beans and hash browns on the side. The flavors work really well together, and the mix of textures makes it feel like a full, satisfying meal instead of a basic breakfast. A networking group that I’m a part of (The Local Business Blitz) stopped by today and had lunch. It was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the Cuban Panini with fries and it was absolutely delicious and hit the spot. Service was friendly and helpful. The menu options were quite broad, especially for a diner. So there should be something for just about everyone. Make sure you stop by and check out this local gem located in the Hart of downtown Royce city.

Between 7:30pm-8:00pm, when I walked in, I was quickly greeted by a server, and sat down. My server today was Carson, ( apologizes if I spelled her name wrong ) she was very polite, professional, efficient, and funny, I applaud her, for telling me ahead of time, what was out of stock, for the evening, from what I had ordered, Dr.Pepper, Blackened Grilled Chicken, with broccoli, they were out of mashed potatoes, so they substituted them with fries, and lastly I ordered chocolate cake originally, but was told by Carson they were out of that for the night, so I opted for the carrot cake. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I haven't had a great breakfast from a restaurant in a long time. The dining atmosphere was lit and fun. The food was superb, the customer service was top tier and our waitress was very attentive. As you can see, my daughter and I ordered breakfast and we were not disappointed at all. Every bite just melts in your mouth. We enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back.
