Wells Burgers Express

I’ve been seeing this place for a while and finally decided to try it. It was my first time here and I ordered a smashburger with fries and a drink, which came out to about $17+. The first thing that stood out to me was the burger itself. This didn’t look like a traditional smashburger. Usually a smashburger is smashed thin on a hot griddle with crispy edges, but what I got was a thick patty, nothing really smashed about it. Presentation-wise it was also a bit odd. Even though I was dining in, the burger came in a plastic takeout container that honestly looks like the kind used for cupcakes. For that price, it would’ve been nicer if it was served on a plate. The fries were soggy, not crispy at all. The burger itself was pretty meh it tasted like something you could make at home quickly

I’ve been back a few times now, and it’s officially in my regular rotation. The burgers are always juicy, cooked just right, and loaded with flavor. The fries are just as good — hot, crispy, and seasoned perfectly. Hard to stop eating them. If you’re cutting carbs, don’t skip the low-carb option. The bun is soft, sturdy, and honestly better than most regular buns out there. Easily the best low-carb burger I’ve had. What really makes this place stand out is that it’s truly farm-to-table. The owner raises the cattle themselves and blends premium cuts like ribeye and NY strip into the grind — not just scraps. You can taste the difference in every bite.

Oh my gosh, if I can rate 10 stars I would! It's been a long time since I had me a nice juicy burger. This burger is so juicy, fresh and tasteful! Don't get me started on the fries. Something with the mix of spices just makes it the perfect. Great fries with a great burger. Since they are new it does take a while to get your food. So don't be in a hurry. The owner is so sweet and genuine. Highly recommend this place. I don't know how anyone complains about this place. I was so pleased.
